Connected Kids is a proud partner in PRIMEtime

October 25, 2010

The Connected Kids mentoring program is excited to be a partner in the PRIMEtime collaborative.  Through Connected Kids, caring and positive adults form friendships with Northfield youth.

Connected Kids currently has 85 youth who meet one-on-one with adults and do everything from recreational activities, arts and crafts, board games, and – most importantly – talking and developing a friendship.

All youth need caring adults in their lives—become a mentor by clicking HERE or by calling the Northfield Healthy Community Initiative at 507-664-3524.

One hour of your time each week has a powerful impact on a young person!
